Berger & Schröter from 1999 to today
1999
Foundation and first steps
On January 1, 1999, Ansgar Berger and Eckhard Schröter founded Berger & Schröter GmbH. The warehouse was located in a garage, while the office was initially unheated.
2002
More space for growth
The company moved into new office premises and a 300 m² warehouse. At that time, the team consisted of three employees.
2004
More warehouse space
With an additional location, the warehouse space was expanded to a total of 800 m².
2013
Consolidation of locations
The company moved into the former bottling hall of Andreas Brauerei in Hagen-Haspe. Both warehouse locations were consolidated and the office area was expanded. The team consisted of seven employees.
2018
New momentum
Burkhard Schön joined the company as a shareholder and managing director. Berger & Schröter also became a vocational training company.
2020/2021
New location in Iserlohn
In 2020, the company purchased warehouse and office space in Iserlohn with a total area of 3,000 m². After renovation and expansion, the move to the new location followed in 2021. Today, the team consists of 20 employees.
